INTER
INTER is a three-acre brownfield site located in the traditional industrial area of Welwyn Garden City, north of London, meeting the needs of local businesses and those within the M25 looking to relocate and reduce costs.
Origin is delivering three Grade ‘A’ warehouses on the site, ranging from 13,396 sq ft, to 39,876 sq ft. SPARK Walsall is a strategically positioned, best-in-class manufacturing and industrial logistics hub in the West Midlands at which HBD has recently completed a two-year remediation programme.
Two of the buildings at SPARK will be delivered by Origin, providing a total of 267,817 sq ft of high-quality workspace. Designed with sustainability at the forefront, Origin is targeting BREEAM Excellent, EPC A ratings, and Net Zero Carbon in construction. The team will also collaborate closely with occupiers to help achieve Net Zero in operation.
